Abstract

Isu keberlanjutan lingkungan menjadi perhatian utama dalam pengelolaan fasilitas layanan kesehatan seiring meningkatnya timbulan sampah medis seperti jarum suntik, limbah infeksius, dan bahan kimia berbahaya. Penerapan green supply chain relevan karena mengintegrasikan prinsip ramah lingkungan dalam aktivitas rantai pasok, sementara digitalisasi berperan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan ketahanan proses pengelolaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model konseptual yang mengintegrasikan green supply chain dan digitalisasi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan lingkungan pada klinik kesehatan di Kota Padang. Metode penelitian diawali dengan identifikasi indikator melalui telaah literatur, dilanjutkan dengan validasi oleh lima pakar menggunakan indeks Aiken (Aiken’s V), serta penyusunan model konseptual yang menghubungkan green supply chain, digitalisasi, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian berhasil mengidentifikasi dan memvalidasi 15 indikator green supply chain, 14 indikator digitalisasi, dan 14 indikator keberlanjutan lingkungan. Seluruh indikator memperoleh nilai Aiken’s V ≥ 0,75, yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator berada pada kategori validitas tinggi hingga sangat tinggi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan limbah medis, efisiensi energi, dan pemilihan pemasok ramah lingkungan merupakan elemen paling krusial dalam praktik green supply chain. Pada dimensi digitalisasi, indikator terkuat meliputi keamanan data, penggunaan sistem informasi elektronik, dan ketersediaan akses perangkat digital. Sementara itu, penerapan teknologi hemat energi dan sistem pengelolaan limbah klinik menjadi indikator utama dalam keberlanjutan lingkungan karena kontribusinya yang signifikan terhadap pengurangan dampak ekologis. Model konseptual yang dihasilkan memberikan kerangka praktis bagi pemilik dan pengelola klinik dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan rantai pasok dan limbah medis yang lebih efisien, adaptif terhadap teknologi, serta berorientasi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan, sekaligus menjadi acuan bagi perumusan kebijakan di sektor layanan kesehatan.
